Returns & Exchanges

At Adamans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury jewelry; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Adamans presentation box and use protective outer packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
